Practice Kundalini Yoga-3

On 11-15-2008 I completed my last session of Kundalini Yoga. I am going to miss this relaxing but accomplishing sessions in which I have done this week. While I do not like the chanting I feel that I am really getting something out of these sessions. They are very fast but I still feel like I have accomplished something. In the article that I read concerning Kundalini Yoga it stated that anybody can do yoga. After completing these three sessions I feel that anybody can. I love how this particular session makes you sit of tall while elongating the spine. After I finish my stomach feels so flat. I am going to try and find a Kundalini Yoga tape so that I can start doing it at home. I definitely like it more than the Hatha Yoga classes I have been attending.
